First-time entrepreneurs frequently struggle with the magnitude
and complexity of a start-up. In their effort to develop the contacts who
can help them and gain the information that they
can put to immediate use, these entrepreneurs naturally
seek out networking and educational opportunities
- such as those currently offered by the MEN.
At the same time, successful entrepreneurs, those who
have “made it,” enjoy the recognition
and the opportunity to give back to the community through
the Network’s programs. They often see the
early-stage and first-time entrepreneurs as earlier
versions of themselves, with the same ambition,
drive, and determination.
The concept is simple: a small group of up to five first-time
entrepreneurs meet once a month for 2 to 3 hours
with a successful entrepreneur.
Stories, case studies, and knowledge of successful entrepreneurs is
a proven success factor for new entrepreneurs.
